Peaceful & quiet location.
-peaceful & quiet location. -friendly and helpful staff. - word of warning outside of the “summer season” months - Bring own food and supplies for duration of stay as hotel restaurant is shut outside of summer months.
Transport in to El Alamein/shuttle for hotel visitors.

Good
Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the morning shift. The location is fantastic. The room was spacious. Access to the beach was very good.
The room had a strange odor, needs more fresh air and better cleani g. Breakfast was terrible. No cutlery, no fresh food varieties, no spoons and definitely zero variety. Food looked so bad and that was the worst part. I'm sure they can do better.

Nice Hotel, but not the best.
Staff was really cool. Facilities are good (access to other beaches) Cleanliness of room was good. Location of the hotel is very good, as it's close to markets,... etc. Lake is really awesome, and water is very good.
Room was very normal, you won't feel that you are in a fancy room. Price is too high compared to what you get. Food is not that good. Also, breakfast area has a lot of flies, and this was really annoying. Swimming pool is way too small.
